Just like the face up, the Chinese Plunk face down will work out almost your entire core and for you to be able to rip the benefits that come with this exercise you will have to do it in sets of 4 while taking breaks of 15 to 30 seconds
So how is the Chinese plunk face down, well, just set up in a similar manner in which you did with the face up but this time around, you will flip over so that you will be now facing down while resting your body on the top of your feet as well as the upper chest of your body. Remember to breathe normally.
Another workout that is bound to give you killer magazine worthy abs is the L-sit. For this exercise, do ensure that you do it in sets of 4. Also do ensure that you take breaks of 15 to 30 seconds after each reps.
Doing the L-sit is actually not that hard all you have to do is ensure that your body has been suspended on top of the parallel boxes that have been set up. Proceed by extending your legs in front. This should be done while ensuring that your knees are straight. You should also ensure that your toes are higher than your hips.
